Like many others who believe a better world is needed, I've seen climate change action as a powerful lever for helping bring about positive change. But I see little evidence of that strategy working.

In accounting for carbon, we're actually accounting for our right to emit carbon - a derivative of carbon emissions.
Are we setting up a new derivatives market that has no basis in reality? Does this sound familiar?
